At Gallery on Fall Creek, many of our items are one-of-a-kind works of art. To ensure fairness for all customers, please review our Shopping Cart Policy carefully.

1. No Reservation in Cart

• Placing an item in your cart does not reserve or hold it.

• Items remain available to other customers until checkout is fully completed and payment is confirmed.

2. One-of-a-Kind Artwork

• Most of our items are unique, one-of-a-kind artworks.

• As such, multiple quantities of the same item are generally not available. Once an artwork is sold, it will no longer be available for purchase.

3. Pricing Errors

• While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors in product descriptions or pricing may occasionally occur.

• If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel any orders placed for the mispriced item.

  • Notify you of the error and provide the option to reorder at the correct price.

• We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.

4. Checkout Process

• Items are only secured once you have completed the checkout process, including successful payment authorization.

• Orders are considered final once payment is received.

5. Availability and Removal of Items

• If an item becomes unavailable during your checkout, it may automatically be removed from your cart.

• We cannot guarantee the continued availability of any item until checkout is complete.
